How it works

Every commercial building needs a permit before work starts. Those permits are public, and they show up weeks before the fence work goes out to bid. We read them so you don't have to.

Questions

Where do the leads come from?

Public building-permit records from city and county offices. Anyone can look them up. We do the searching and sorting every week.

How early do I hear about a job?

Usually weeks before fence work is bid, because permits are filed before construction starts and fence is one of the last trades on most sites.

Do other fence shops get the same leads?

Anyone subscribed to the same county sees the same permits. What matters is who calls the general contractor first.

Which counties do you cover?

We're starting in eastern Idaho. Tell us your counties on the contact page and we'll confirm before you pay anything.
